How do I make a reservation?

Scan the QR code on the restaurant table or poster, or browse restaurants on Scan N' Dine and use the "Reserve" button. Choose your date, time, and party size, then confirm your booking.

Do I need an account to reserve?

You can browse restaurants without an account, but you need to sign in to create, manage, and track your reservations.

I did not receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder and verify that your email address is correct in your profile. If the email is still missing, contact us using the options below and include your name, email, and reservation date.

How do I cancel or change a reservation?

Go to your Bookings page after signing in. From there you can review upcoming reservations and follow the instructions for changes or cancellations, depending on the restaurant's policy.

Is my payment information stored?

Scan N' Dine is designed to minimize stored sensitive data. For details about how payments are processed in your deployment, please check with the system administrator or restaurant operator.
